Corrections we can act on quickly are the ones that include specific details. Here is what helps most:

  • What is wrong — describe the specific incorrect information
  • What it should say — tell us what the correct information is
  • Source — link to the bookmaker's terms page, a regulatory document, or another authoritative source that confirms the correct information

Corrections with a source link are usually fixed within a few hours. Corrections without a source may take longer while we verify the information independently.
