Our research / Our mark
A check you can understand.
SuperSubBetting is a directory of substitute-protection features. We research bookmakers, record their country and league coverage, and make the limits of those records visible.
What our confirmation mark means
An SSB confirmation mark means that at least one bookmaker-and-league coverage record shown on the card is marked confirmed in our research. When a league is selected, the mark applies to that league. Without a league selected, read the individual league labels: the mark does not confirm every competition listed on the card.
This is our editorial check. It is not a seal from a gambling regulator, an endorsement by the bookmaker, proof of current odds or a guarantee that a particular fixture, player market or bet qualifies. Your bookmaker’s current rules and bet-slip label always decide.
Country availability is a separate check
A feature available on one country’s version of a bookmaker does not automatically exist in another. The finder starts with our country directory and then adds coverage records for the matching bookmaker and country. It does not turn a worldwide listing into local availability.
We keep different evidence levels separate
Confirmed means a coverage check is recorded as verified. Partial means the evidence is limited, for example to selected fixtures. Unverified means a record exists but the precise coverage still needs checking. Missing league evidence is shown as a missing check; it is not quietly promoted to confirmed coverage.
Sources and dates have limits
Our research records include operator rules and observed competition coverage. Operator sources are linked where they are recorded. A page redesign, database update or new visit does not count as a fresh verification. Where a dated check is unavailable, we do not invent a date or call the information live.
Check the exact market before betting
Confirm the feature icon or label, player starting requirements, eligible markets, treatment of the replacement’s statistics, successive substitutions, extra time, Cash Out and Bet Builder. A confirmed league record does not answer every one of those questions.
How this site is funded
We may receive payment when a reader joins a bookmaker through a link on this site. We do not accept bets or settle them. There is no fee for using the directory. A payment relationship is not evidence that a feature or competition is covered.
Help us correct a record
Coverage can change. If you find a mismatch, send us the country, bookmaker, competition, feature name and the operator’s published rule or market evidence. We can then review the specific record.
