Does the substitute count?
Only when the selected market explicitly includes the replacement. Check whether the original player must start, which substitute qualifies, and whether a later replacement is included.
Are all substitution-protected bets settled in the same way?
No. A bet may transfer, combine statistics, or qualify for a separate payout. Ordinary player markets without the relevant label are not automatically protected.
